This exciting and engaging conversation featured distinguished Notre Dame leaders, current and past, from across the university discussing why emphasizing diversity in the workplace and creating diverse teams is important to them, and how they are doing the work.

The session was moderated by Jackie Rucker, formerly the Associate Director of Community Relations here at Notre Dame, and now the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Teachers Credit Union.
