The Summit is a free five-day conference that is entirely online. Each day of the conference, three to five interviews will be available for 24 hours to watch that dive deep into all things related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Plus, there are free workbooks to accompany each talk. Perfect for team meetings and workshop content.
The daily themes are radical inclusion, future of work, allies and accomplices, diversity storytelling, and self-care. You can see the full speaker line-up at belongingatworksummit.com.
These conversations are packed full of useful strategies, insights, and action plans to build belonging at work. During the Summit, I have the honor asking the speakers about everything from leadership for Black women, the power of storytelling to unite us across differences, the bias of artificial intelligence and algorithms, how to serve as a belonging ally at work, making space for gender diversity in the workplace, disability and accessibility, and so much more.
Everyone can register, for free, at belongingatworksummit.com. It runs October 7 - 11, 2019 and registration is open now.
